Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Cancellation within the Cooling-off Period

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your funding request within 12 hours of making your initial payment, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the cancellation process.

• Failed Funding Approval

In the event that your prop funding request is not approved by our team due to reasons beyond your control, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.

• Technical Errors

If you experience technical errors on our website that result in unintended payments or charges, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and provide a refund if the error is confirmed.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via admin@fundedpivot.com. Include your name, transaction details, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If this is not possible, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.

Exceptions

Please note that some fees and charges may be non-refundable under certain circumstances, such as:

• Fees for services that have already been provided.
• Fees related to administrative and processing costs.
